SWAY Creative Group is growing and we are looking for an amazing and talented individual to support our business in a Client Care, Website and Graphics Specialist role

In addition to your passion for excellence and getting things done, you consider yourself a Website Guru with a highly technical aptitude. You have knowledge or willingness to learn the following applications: Google Drive, Gmail, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Slack, Zoom, Skype, Dropbox, MAC OS, Unbounce landing page development, Hootsuite or other social media posting platforms.

You are committed to ongoing learning about digital marketing, social media trends and best practices. You are familiar with posting and creating content for Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

This role is a part time role, approximately 10-20 hours a week, but could increase. It could suit someone who needs flexibility in their schedule, is interested in working remotely and is looking to be a part of a growing, creative organization.

Client Care, Website and Graphic Design Specialist 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for client care

  • Website maintenance for company and client projects - content development, photo research, text changes, photo and video uploads etc

  • Powerpoint design and edits

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties

  • Company communications via written articles on website and various social media: Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest and Twitter

  • Social media influencer identification and outreach

  • Target market research and competitor analysis for various clients

  • QA (Quality Assurance) for client projects - website launches, written communications, link checking etc

  • E-newsletter creation, reporting and list management on Mailchimp

  • SEO monitoring, report review and analysis

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of basic website design and HTML code (specifically Squarespace, Wordpress, Shopify - nice to have)

  • Graphic design - Familiar with publishing programs like Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable with web-based project management tools and collaboration technologies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint

  • Knowledge or willingness to learn the following applications: Google Drive, Gmail, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Slack, Zoom, Skype, Callrail, Dropbox, MAC OS, Unbounce landing page development, Hootsuite or other social media curation and posting platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Competencies:

  • Marketing Communications experience

  • Knowledge of Google analytics, Adwords and SEO

  • Video editing

  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning about digital marketing, social media trends and best practices

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or educational background in Website Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications,

  • Approximately 1-3 years related work experience

Work Environment

  • This is part-time, contract remote working position.

  • Occasional in-person meetings or attendance at events - nice to have, but not necessary
